Return/Exchange policy

1) Orders cannot be cancelled if we have started making them.

2) They cannot be returned or exchanged because every piece is customized to your order with the name and size you chose. You are responsible for spelling the name correctly and checking our size chart to make sure the fit is correct.

3) Non customized pieces can be exchanged or returned if the product is in its original form, undamaged and clean within 1 week. However delivery fees are not returned and customer is responsible for any other delivery fees during the return or exchange.

4) If you do not write a specific definition for the name you choose in the comment box, we will write one based on the meaning or write something generic. This cannot be changed once the order has been made so please specify what you want in the comment box.
